Delivery Fees:

A local delivery fee of $19.00 will be added to each order, for each residential or business address. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, or before or after delivery hours, this fee may vary.

Delivery Hours:

Deliveries are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm PST, and Saturdays 10:00 am to 2:00 pm PST. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it. Submit your requested time frame in the special instructions when ordering. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays – deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. Exceptions may be made for funeral, wedding and event orders at the discretion of Eufloria Designs Floral & Events.

Same Day Delivery:

To be eligible for same-day delivery, please place your order before 12:00pm PST. If you need to verify delivery, please contact us at (702) 979-4030.

Card Messages:

The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.

Delivery Policy for Funeral Services:

We highly advise placing your order at least 48 hours before the start of the funeral service. If you are not able to process your order on the website, please contact us at (702) 979-4030. If your order is placed too late to make the funeral service, we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. We will also contact the funeral home to verify the time of the viewing and schedule the flower delivery.

Recipient May be Contacted:

In some cases, Eufloria Designs Floral & Events may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery or for specific delivery instructions.

If No One is Home:

Eufloria Designs Floral & Events will contact both the recipient and the customer to seek further instructions in the event that no one is available to accept the delivery. If an additional delivery attempt is requested at a later time or date, we will charge an additional delivery fee. Once delivery has been attempted, no refunds will be issued.

Request to Leave Item at Door:

We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves due to high risk of theft or damage. Eufloria Designs Floral & Events cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products due to this special request. The customer accepts all liability for requests to leave arrangements at door.

Incorrect Addresses:

If the recipient’s address is found to be incorrect after we have attempted the delivery, we will charge the customer an additional delivery fee to redeliver to an alternate location. If you would like to change the delivery address after placing the order, please call us immediately and no additional fees will be charged if the address is changed before delivery is attempted. Eufloria Designs Floral & Events is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If delivery was attempted, the customer is responsible for the entire purchase and any additional redelivery fees.

Canceling an Order:

Same-day orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed. We are also unable to cancel or change orders already in process to be delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not yet been processed, please call (702) 979-4030.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery:

If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, no refunds will be issued to the customer.

Walk ins:

Walk-ins are welcome. Orders are available by telephone and internet for your convenience throughout the day. To arrange a consultation for events, funerals, and weddings please call the store at (702) 979-4030.

Holiday Deliveries

To help guarantee on-time delivery during busy holiday seasons, we recommend placing your order at least 3 days prior to the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Deliveries will NOT be available on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
