LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Fees:

A local delivery fee of $18.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

Delivery Hours:

Deliveries to residential and businesses are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we have extended hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Same Day Delivery:

In order to guarantee delivery on the same day, place your order before 12:00 pm. If you need to verify delivery, please contact us at (702) 979-4030.

Specific Delivery Times:

We will do our best to accommodate the delivery requested for a specific time, but we cannot guarantee it. Submit your request and time frame in the special instructions when ordering.

Our Delivery Time Frame:

Morning hours are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and Evening hours are from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Card Messages:

The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.

Delivery Policy for Funeral Homes:

Funerals are our top priority. We highly advise placing your order 24 hours before services. If you are not able to process your order on the website please contact us at (702) 979-4030. If your order is too late to make the funeral service, we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. If you do not know the exact address of the funeral home or church, we will look it up for you. We normally contact the funeral home to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing, we will deliver to the viewing per the funeral home instructions.

Recipient May be Contacted:

In some cases, if requested, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.

If No One is Home:

Customers may request that If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. Please add these instructions in the “Special Instructions” box during checkout.

Request to Leave Item at Door:

We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Eufloria Designs cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products due to this special request. The customer accepts all liability for requests to leave arrangements at door.

Incorrect Addresses:

If the recipient’s address is incorrect and we have attempted the delivery, we will charge you a $15.00 redelivery fee. If you would like to change the delivery address after placing the order, please call us immediately and we will not charge you any additional fees if the address is changed before the delivery is attempted. Eufloria Designs is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If delivery was attempted, the customer is responsible for the entire purchase and any additional redelivery fees.

Canceling an Order:

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of the florist, we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process to be delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call (702) 979-4030.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery:

If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you are accountable for the cost of the gift.

Walk ins:

Walk-ins are welcome. Orders are available by telephone and internet for your convenience throughout the day. To arrange a consultation for events, funerals, and weddings please call the shop. (702) 979-4030.

HOLIDAY DELIVERIES

To help guarantee on-time delivery during holiday season, place your order at least 3 days prior to the following major holidays: Christmas Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Valentine’s Day.

Deliveries will NOT be available on these following holidays: Christmas Day, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, New Year’s Day and Thanksgiving Day.
